2/14/2010 All Day, 14U Surf City Showcase-Finalists!!!
Fury Softball played for the Championship today against the Corona Angels. We faced and beat many strong opponents along the way to the Championship Game. Firecracker '95 6-1 win, Artesia Punishers 1-0 win, SD Renegades 4-1 win, So Cal Madness (2010 ASA State Winner) 4-3 win in ITB, and So Cal Wicked 4-2 win. Very successful weekend, especially going into high school!

Fury goes 2-1 for Sunday beating Victory USA, Ca Rebels, and losing 1-0 to American Pastime.

Fury went 2-1 today beating Victory USA, losing 4-2 to OC Elite, and beating TNL White.
6/13/2010 All Weekend, ASA States
Fury Softball tied for 13th out of 87, just missing our berth by tie-breaker. Along the way, we beat OC Elite, lost to Corona Angels '95, beat IE Elite, beat TNL Blue, beat Strikeforce '95, and lost the berth elimination game to Bomb Squad. Great job girls gutting this weekend out, I know only about 4 of you were without injury. We're proud of you!
7/6/2010 , Fury Softball 3rd at Roseville National Qualifier
We finished with a record of 4-2 at the Roseville NQ Tournament. While our goal was to take first and earn our spot to Nationals, we still feel that we accomplished to most we could with our roster limitations due to injury. Great job ladies, we will look to get healthy for 14U Western Nationals in Colorado.
7/12/2010 , 16U Champions Cup Showcase
Congratulations to a successful weekend. In 16's, we placed 3rd in our pool out of seven. In Championship Play, we finished tied for 5th and played to the Quarterfinals (Tournament consisted of 49-16U Teams) after victories against teams like 16U Kamikaze, 16U NorCal Assault, Vipers, Irvine Sting, 16U Victory USA-SS, and eventually losing 3-2 to SD Renegades in the Quarterfinals. The weekend proved to be a great success for our 2013's having exposure to at least 40 colleges including: Arizona, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Stanford, Auburn, Hawaii, New Mexico, West Point-Army, UC Riverside, Vanguard, Chapman, Penn, Memphis, UC Santa Barbara, and several others. Great job this weekend and way to put yourselves on the map. It is going to be an exciting 2010-2011 for each of you!!!
